The FISD takes the quality of its services very seriously. If you have any comments or wish to submit a complaint, please contact the FISD complaints manager. This person will handle your complaint with the utmost care and propose an appropriate solution. The complaints manager will also do his/her best to improve the functioning of the service and prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.

The complaints manager will send you a confirmation of receipt. If your complaint is justified and admissible, you will be given a unique number. You will receive a response within thirty working days and, depending on the case, a proposed solution, a correction, etc. Please note! A complaint is not an appeal. If you wish to have an administrative decision cancelled, you must lodge an appeal with the competent authority.

If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, please contact the Federal Ombudsman.
